Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at Peaked, in this role, you will engage directly with potential customers at pop-up events for various clients, promoting their products or services and driving sales. As a key member of our team, you'll receive comprehensive training to effectively communicate our clients' offerings and convert interest into sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop strong customer engagement skills and learn the art of sales through hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and assist in the execution of pop-up events for various clients.
• Engage directly with event attendees to promote brand awareness and encourage participation in interactive experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Collaborate with team members to implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Learn and assist in the planning and coordination of training seminars and workshops.
• Assist in the planning and execution of pop-up events for a diverse range of clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
• Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Interest in experiential marketing and event management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in marketing, event management, or customer service is an preferred.
